Mental health challenges don't exist in isolation.
Our relationships with food, our bodies, our emotions, and ourselves are shaped by our families, communities, relationships, culture, and life experiences.
Rather than treating symptoms alone, we'll work together to understand the bigger picture and discover what truly supports your healing.
I specialize in disordered eating, body image, and mental health challenges — and I approach all of it through a trauma-informed, systemic, and culturally attuned lens. Which is a clinical way of saying: I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
Your relationship with your body
Emotional patterns and nervous system responses
Family and relationship dynamics
Personal strengths and resilience
Values and identity
Practical tools for lasting change
In our work together, we'll explore what makes you uniquely you — your strengths, your patterns, your relationships, and the stories you carry. We'll figure out what's helping you thrive and what might be worth changing. And we'll do it at your pace, in your way.

Struggles with eating, body image, mood, and mental health can leave you feeling deeply alone. I want you to know — you don't have to keep carrying this by yourself.
Therapy is a collaborative process where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and self-compassion.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling more connected to yourself and more equipped to move toward the life you want.

Growth doesn't require perfection—it begins with one safe conversation.
In this space, you will be seen, heard, and met with care — exactly as you are. I'm looking forward to walking alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and peace.
